Services Provided by PTAC

The COD’s Center for Entrepreneurship is a distinct department of the school located within its Continuing Education Division. The Center provided three core programs, including the Illinois Small Business Development Center, which provides assistance with business operations, finance, marketing, and management, and the Illinois International Trade Center, which provides specialized assistance to businesses exporting their goods into the global marketplace. The PTAC also delivers specialized assistance in helping businesses and entrepreneurs expand their existing operations through the procurement of government contracts and funding.

Conducting business operations in Illinois is extremely difficult, especially when one considers the fees and other bureaucratic headaches that come with procuring government contracts.
